Patricia and Summer
Hospital Administrator
With VEC Since 1991
Patricia was born and raised in Central Florida. She started with VEC in 1991 as a Receptionist & Technician working her way into a Supervisory position and then into a Management role taking over as Hospital Administrator in 2017. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from UF, Go Gators! She is proud to have fulfilled every role at VEC (except for DVM) and she feels it helps her relate to everyone at VEC and realize all the hard work everyone here puts into every day of caring for our patients and saving lives.
Patricia is the VERY proud Mom of two beautiful children who are both currently in school at UF. Her daughter, Shyloe, is a Realtor and her son, Sheldyn, is Vet School bound! She also raised her loving step-son, Devan, who is a Marine and a successful Airplane Electronics Technician. Patricia’s kids are her whole world outside of VEC along with her dogs, Summer, Bella & Gracie (all rescues, of course!)
